This qualification is suitable for those working in a restaurant, hotel or cafe wanting to achieve a formal senior management level qualification.
The course covers industry focussed content such as manage operations, manage physical assets, prepare and monitor budgets, lead and manage people, recruit and select staff, manage finances, develop marketing strategies.
This course takes 12 months full time, less with RPL.
This course is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding where eligible.
