This qualification is suitable for those working in a restaurant, hotel or cafe wanting to achieve a formal supervisory level qualification.
The course covers industry focussed content such as working effectively with others, coaching others, enhance customer service, follow food safety practices, serve food and beverage, managed finances within a budget, manage conflict.
This course takes 12 months full time, or less with RPL.
This course is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding where eligible.
