This qualification is suitable for those working in a restaurant, hotel or cafe wanting to achieve a formal qualification.
The course covers industry focussed content such as working effectively with others, provide customer service, follow food safety practices, serve food and beverage, process financial transactions.
This course takes 12 months full time, or less with RPL.
This course is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding where eligible.
